Recently attended an Agency travel trip with the top SF agents in the company. The common feedback shared with Chairman’s Council and other executives during the trips sessions was agents have lost TRUST with SF senior leadership. Wow….That speaks volumes for the >20k agents selling and servicing SF products.

@f5 more salary envy from the participation trophy award generation.
Accept the facts, rich people aren't holding you back, boomers aren't holding you back.
Look inward to see why you are the first generation to not be able to cope and do better than the previous generations.
If you don't trust your leadership then leave scooter.
Isnt it amazing that a company who places so much emphasis on trust and character is finally being exposed for the crooks they are?
Exactly, agents should have been shown the door 20 years ago! They are all independent contractors! The average agency compensation is around $520,000 with a 40-60% expense load depending on the agent. Employees lost all trust over a decade ago so stop crying agent's. SF has babied you too long and placed you on a pedestal that you do not deserve. There are some good agents out there, but a lot of the agents have been robbing the company blind countless years!
If agency doesn’t like how things are going , they can just leave . Isn’t that what has always been told to operations sparky ? Comedy !
sf is akin to a rudderless ship. the dot.com market is something they simply cannot cope with. progressive's actuarial models are simply better. no one wants to admit that. what should happen is a house cleaning in actuary.
Sad that the company in operations and agency has lost respect for leadership. I know the customer has as well.
We lost confidence several years ago, what a clueless bunch.
@OP welcome to the club. Executive does not care. Ask anyone in claims.
@OP took them this long?!
