If you stick around long enough, you'll get to see middle managers play musical chairs. Usually a Curly Shuffle every 2 years like clockwork. More often if it's romper room hour. Unless they are tippy top all shiny and oozing with those pleasant robotic eyes. Those clones get to sit on the toilet throne for longer.

Why not cut down costs by switching to the free version of gmail, submitting issue via thelayoff.com and holding meetings at SBUX?

When you want to try to give the impression that you are managing, you do re orgs and move people around.
Corp directory has been down for me since Friday. Today when I would input a name it would pop up another tab, and wouldn’t even default to the information with the “connections is down”message. We had some org changes this month and my boss said yesterday on our team call they expected more to come April 1. They’ve been very upfront about what changed they knew about so I expect more things on Friday. I am not in lending or credit.

They always move mofos around every 4 or more years in this company. This is nothing new. You will get the same incompetent leadership just by a different leader.
