What’s going to happen to CLT contractors?

2x the bodies for the amount of space, it doesn’t seem like there’s room for us at all without disrupting people’s personal space, while they are still chasing down additional FTEs to come in.

I thought contractors don’t even count towards the bottom line? I thought it may have been about attrition, too, but there’s no possible to attrition down half the workforce

Don't forget the goal is to encourage attrition to reduce headcount. Expect them to make you as miserable as possible. Two people already left my team recently and this is before really enforcing RTO.
