Coming into the office sux. We can be productive at home. The bank did not get feedback about coming back in to be “ collaborative “ that’s a joke.
The buildings are still gross. Broken toilets. Overflowing trash cans. Barely any cleaning.
Too many events at the campus about nothing. Just a bunch of germ spreaders.
Why keep pushing volunteering all the time?
Let me come in to do my job. Then leave to do what I want to do. Not feel pressured about volunteering.
This place has really changed. It used to be fun coming to work. Now, not so much.
Mondays and Fridays are completely deserted. I actually choose to go in those days so that I don't have to be around people. Tue, wed, Thursday are much busier.
Depends on what the plan is. Are you offering up dinner and a movie or the standard stump breaking?

Umm... are there designated cubes for this or is it more like open seating where you pick the first open spot?
Let's see. The bathroom toilets are overflowing regularly. They found mold growing by a window where a crazy woman was watering plastic plants. One cleaning guy said mold and then his partner said ' don't say mold' because then they might actually have to do major cleaning. We are like biology experiments instead of valued employees.
People are not coming in. Made up reasons to not come in. Sitting shoulder to shoulder.
At least with the old cubes we had some privacy. This is so bad now. Waste of money.
Got COVID at office. Ppl seat around coughing non stop.
Miserable. People coughing left and right. Managers leave by 12p. Simply a waste of travel time and gas money.
70- 80% of the office is empty.
Anyone know what’s happening to CLT contractors? There’s no space for us???

And you know what? It’s fine. People are productive, collaborating and the work is getting done
I see the opposite of the results they said they received from the RTO survey they took
