Should we assume that we'll have no layoffs before then? I'm thinking that the management will wait to finalize and report numbers before they decide to let go of any more people. But I also think that after the report all bets are off and we might be learning about major cuts.

No layoffs. Maybe some targeted terminations for poor performance or people not coming into the office. Will hiring freeze going to meet plan
you can never assume "no layoffs". If you are worried, then go the extra mile and schmooze your manager.
Many of us check this board hoping for a layoff.

Any layoffs Apr 1-Jun 30 will be reported in Q2 results in July.
