Quitting is not the answer. You expect the entire place to just fold.
How about getting some decent leadership and managers and give us a raise more often than every 10 years....?
If you only make min wage at the bank, maybe you're the problem and not the bank?
I have no idea how people very motivated for $3800 a month.
Of course I don’t plan to quit. I will milk this underpaid bank role until the last day. In the meantime, I’m just going to dial it in.
If you're unhappy and you know it ... clap your hands.
No. How about some of us like teammates, managers and others we work with and feel the bank is worth saving? I like my work; I want to succeed; I want the bank to succeed; I want happy customers.
I want Brian and the board to treat me fairly; I don't want his political platitude; I want the bank to focus on being the best in banking, nothing more nothing less.
Then you’d be unhappy (as if you’re not already)… they won’t compensate you when you eventually get volunTOLD that you’ll be doing their jobs too all of a sudden.
Then they would have no employees left.
