He's a loser, and he is leading a business to follow in his own image. I have never worked under a more vile, cynical, brutal manager. He needs to go. If I had a dog, I wouldn't let RR walk him or her. He's a bully and nothing but a self-promoting ninny,
Roman Regelman has got to have some relative, connection or benefactor or he would have been gone long ago.
How can you deliver goose eggs for 6 years and knock down a few million a year?
You can’t. Does anyone know the back story?
Here’s a delivery for Roman. A box of jelly doughnuts. What s company. Who is this guys ‘godfather’????
Five years and no deliverables.

Let’s go easy on Roman. We’ll never be able to assess him until he actually delivers something. Yes, it’s been over 6 years but maybe something big is coming?
He and his Lobby is seen taking the world's best Global Custodian award. He shows himself in every other award function for improving fax machines, Avaya telephones, sound quality of Jabra headsets and HP Printers.
His next deliverable will be his first. 6 years and counting…
Gru
I had expected his initial 4 year deliverables a few years ago but nothing was ever announced. The only update that was ever announced was that he was looking into improving FAX processing.
He and his team offer nothing more than to add to the contiunous losing strategy to slowly deterioriate the reputation of this dying company. His LinkedIn posts are nothing but a mask to shroud the ugliness and turmoil seeping in at every layer of the company. There is no future at BNYM. BNYM will never be a pioneer in anything meaningful and even if they put their strongest foot forward, other competitors will find a way to do it better. They can lay off as many people as they want and double down on making things worse until people leave, but somehow expenses will still be too high.
The time to get rid of RR was two years ago. MAYBE you could've had a decent shot at a turnover, but whatever process improvement you make or general cost saving you accomplish in your day to day, RR and his team just pu-e all over it with more expenses and far less efficiency.
Oh and to add some firsthand observations, behind closed doors, he has a short fuse, gets confused and frustrated easily, and nobody that works close with him actually likes him.
I bet none of you can name something he or his team actually accomplished.
That's why I call him LinkedIn Robin.
Loquacious and ineffective
I think Kendall is still the top dog, but Shiv is underrated.
This should go under the thread about Asset Servicing expense management.
Posting on LinkedIn is very commercial.
there's no way this guy didnt used to work as a clown for childrens bday parties
