He's a haz-been and he knows it.. Bait and switch -- did not make his fortune on cars, but by selling the carbon offsets to GM, Ford, etc, (ok, that was quite clever, but those expire soon, and what are you left with? A stupid douchebag geek you wouldn't even let sit at your table in high school)

Stupidest argument I ever heard. Maybe some athlete should break his ankles too so he can't run faster than me.
So he spends billions developing electric cars to save the planet, then before they're commonplace, he tells everyone drive to offices unnecessarily instead of WFH to save emissions and fuel. He needs to pick a side and stick with it. He's a control freak.
