Anyone else struggling this summer with this supposed benefit of child care plus.. ya know, the one they claim helps supposedly cover childcare expenses?!? Two months later and several rejected claims.. I GIVE UP! It’s impossible and I promise you my submissions are 100% within guidelines and are only expenses to send my children to a childcare facility while I work. But I had better not hear one more executive try to push how great these benefits are, because I’m about to lose my sh-t.. perhaps they should try and file claim or go through the process before they brag about something that is absolute BS.

My ex who has no custody of the child claimed these expense and submitte fake receipts to the bank for payment. I wonder how they look at these stuff.

After speaking with HR there was a huge audit with that benefit. They're in hot water for approving things they "never should have approved". Now they're making it our problem. Had to fill out manual forms for all my reimbursements. Still waiting for approval.
I proposed a solution to their inadequate process and the rep basically said nobody listens to them when they say all the employees are complaining and having trouble getting reimbursed this year.. he just said, “Maybe try posting your concerns on Speak Up.” Yeah, like I have time to do that after dedicating my whole lunch break every day to dealing with this cr-p.
Yes! This year my claims keep getting rejected, I resubmit the same exact receipt a week later and they magically get approved. Not sure what’s going on.
