For those that have had conversations with managers on mid year reviews, has your manager discussed compliance with RTO policy?

Got told I will be getting off target because I'm on a list for not being in office 2 days a week. However the requirement is 20 days in 3 months and 3 months haven't passed since this change came in. It's bullsh1t. No allowance for vacation, sickness etc. Or working weekends and late evenings.

all lies, self-eval is due today and manager eval is due next month. Not sure how you would've had your mid year review already.

Oh yes,,, and doomed to implode at a certain point with tragic results. ‘Captain Commercial’ is using RTO and DEI to give this place a burial at sea.
Have not but - what's the point of "punish" merit increase if we don't get one in the first place - this bank is a joke. Threats and intimidation won't help this sinking ship!

Too bad actual job performance is secondary in the bank. So many other more important things to rate you on....(eye roll)
