I can't find a better full remote opportunity, although there are people here who claim that there are many such opportunities out there. Would love to hear your experiences.

It all depends on the type of role you’re looking for. Some roles are full remote and plenty of them still out there. Just keep trying and don’t give up. The process can be a bit discouraging especially if you have a few interviews and they don’t hire you. My search took about 8 months with plenty of rejections but also me not wanting the role after the interview but I eventually landed a full remote with better pay and a year later I’m still loving it.
It’s almost all hybrid now. I see a few fully remote openings (and a few fully on-site openings), but I’d say about 80% of what I’m seeing is hybrid — usually WFH on M and F, with the middle of the week being in the office.
