sick of playing bosses' games to make us come in somehow - holding town halls and important meetings in-person "required" on days we are supposed to be remote, yet the bosses never show up.
Started to look for full-time remote today. found a few good roles in just under an hour. Wish me luck!

I left BAC in 2018. My 'new' job is not 100% remote but very flexible with 3 days remote, 2 in office. We can pick whatever remote\in office days that work for us. Usually I am remote Monday, Thursday and Friday and in office Tuesday and Wednesday. I can switch those up as personally needed. I actually like a flexible hybrid approach.
good luck! I left almost 1 year ago for a fully remote job. Miss some of my old colleagues but surely not the dreary office.
