Atos in the UK appears to be even worse than North America for circumventing legal obligations in my experience.

It seems the company is strategically implementing intricate tactics to obfuscate the true motives behind their actions, aiming to divert attention from layoffs and to circumvent labor laws prevalent in North America!

And agree that it's interesting that Eviden is not listed anywhere.
I was laid off from Eviden per my contract but according to unemployment it was Atos, there is so much unprofessional behavior it should be embarrassing!
They try to sc--w people out of separation pay, completely ignoring the Age discrimination act and OWBPA (Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA).
My personal experience was disheartening and truly showed the companies true colors and lack of integrity.

I lost my job June 30th as Eviden but you don't find Eviden listed in any layoff sites including the WARN requirements.
