BNY Mellon has become the type of bank where people go to see their careers die. This wasn't always the case but the last five or so years have completely destroyed what was once a great place to work. I'm so disheartened to see what we have turned into due to blatant nepotism and cronyism.

Sadly you can take bets on what they will remove or make worse next. It doesn't matter how big or small - the sky is the limit! It would not be difficult to come up with decent-sized list.
