I basically can't learn anything from those click through online trainings. I can just screen shot and click them through to get a passing percentage.

Please let’s not perpetuate elementary school grammar errors.
“Trainings”, whether online or otherwise, is incredibly bad grammar. Training is both singular and plural.
Next class children will be how to use the word “Staffs”.
Hint… see “Trainings”….
They’re not a waste of time at all. In fact they’re remarkably like the University of Phoenix self exams that our employees know and love.
If passing these simple training exercises is difficult for you then you might want to consider a different career. Every bank has them.
My favorite is the training exercise that teaches how to find your EIN and makes you print it out as a card and memorize it. Then, in our increasingly rare layoffs this site explodes with people asking what their EIN is…
@1fyr+1pNnnv5x; you got it wrong; my plate is full and I had to break the online training into 5 or 10 minutes sessions which doesn't help the learning process at all. If BNY pays OT and I can do it in one session I can learn more from those training. BNY can't have it both ways. Do you go to university classes in 5 or 10 minutes sessions? One university class usually lasts for 50 minutes or 75 minutes. All I can say BNY is cheap on employees.
Allow me to guess…
University of Phoenix major in “feelings”?
Cheating on the test, still not learning anything and you expect to work overtime and get paid for it? Wow, can we ever pick ‘em!
Those trainings are simply a CYA exercise for the bank. That way when an employee makes a mistake, the onus is on the employee and not the firm.
I only screenshot the ones I am not 100% sure. For the ones that I am sure, I will click the answer. So, basically 2 rounds, I can get a passing percentage. I didn't learn anything from those online trainings which BNY won't let you do online trainings after 5PM (working hours) and put in as OT.
Yep
