Let's give location, grade, base, and bonus % of base.
I'll start. NYC, grade J, $150k, $50k bonus. Flat vs last, no base increase

Frankly saying NOT to post numbers publicly is BS. NY even passed a law to show a range of salaries when hiring.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant
J. Pittsburgh 3.5% raise, 8.3% bonus
Nothing will change until you vote better. Bankers as a block vote Democrat and their votes sc--w us all.
J grade Lake Mary, 7.7% raise and 24,000 bonus.
i suppose it also depends on your team size/department as well. if your team is bloated with people then i assume less to go around. tech bonus will always be lower. it's not much better at GS trust me. unless you are client facing.
@3iwc, when I got mine a few years ago, it just showed up in my pay.
Absolute joke. Was d-mb enough to ask for a pay raise last summer and was denied. Was told that if I kept doing what I was doing and had a good year end review, that I can expect to see close to the number that I had asked for last year.
Ok great. I busted my a-s, continued to do more work than anyone on my team, while doing my job and another persons job who had previously quit. Had a really good y/e review and anxiously awaited my comp conversation this week. End up getting fed a ton of BS and got a number that is laughable at best. The amount of money that I’ll be getting barely even covers the cost for insurance each pay. The bonus was the same as it usually is. I know it could’ve been even worse, but it was a slap in the face to hear what I was told.
Hard work doesn’t mean cr-p at this place. No wonder so many people were jumping for joy when they were laid off.
For those that have been laid off how are you being made aware of a bonus?
If you’re shocked at a $50k bonus, you probably don’t work in front office.
I got the same bonus on a slightly lower base as a J.
If you want more money, be ready to sell your soul.
The bonus in Ireland is nothing compared to this
No pay raise (so its actually -6% pay drop, if you consider Inflation) & a 10% bonus.
Need more side gigs just to keep up with inflation.
Level K
2% Merit
15% ($20k)
Grade S in PIT. Front office. No merit, for the sixth year in a row. $130k bonus (reduced every year for the last 6 years). I’m out. I bring in 7 or 8 figures a year in NEW rev, year after year. They can’t even treat their rainmakers right.
A US employee moved to UK mid year and to keep salary for employee no longer doing same role they did not replace role but moved responsibilities to two US employees and paid money from bonus pool to them for extra work, harming all others in the pool who worked hard and now received less money

Same here
Oriskany/Remote .1.5% increase to bank minimum. Zero bonus. 👎
Bonus down second year in a row despite layoffs in my group and strong performance. 2% raise, and as always, told this is better than what everyone else got. Looking elsewhere very seriously once cash is in hand.
J. 0% merit. 7% bonus. Thumbs down 👎🏻
Clearly higher percentage raises and bonuses were saved for a chosen few segments. I’m salary grade J and got around 2.5% raise and similar percentage for bonus.
@1udi, it's "better" until they tell you you're not guaranteed a bonus and you miss out on this years raise for the rest of your time here.
13K bonus?? What location and department is this?
no raise but 13k bonus. K level. its the same in other banks like citi. no raise but better variable
How are they giving out 2% raises in this awful inflationary environment?
Had my talk and that's what it was.
Sickening.
Wow. The bank is really taking care of people this year. Never seen anything like these raises…
It’s pay raise.
I got no payrise. Was mets expectation on everything. So mad.
@1msk, especially when they say things such as "How's bonus". Not to mention that they ask for "bonus % of base" but give the dollar amount.
$150k with a $50k bonus??!! This has to be a cruel joke. If true, I need to seriously transfer departments. Sales?
J 2.25% + 7% bonus
OP probably meant 5k unless he or she is in markets
L level. Pittsburgh. Technology.
Level L tech role. Bonus 15% ($28k), Raise <3%. No different than last 2 years.
general consensus of others is exact same - raise numbers lower than expected; bonus numbers slightly higher than expected.
Pgh. K. Meets
8% bonus.
ops - bad less then 2% R 2% B - with good performance review
“NYC I grade, 15% raise and $25K bonus”
BS
Bonus ~15%, raise, 1.5%
I am retired now but was there for 10 yrs. Bonus started at 10G, after 5 yrs went down to 9G. I was a VP. That 50G is BS
@hwr
Just because the information isn’t confidential doesn’t mean that it’s smart to post it in such a way that HR/the person’s management would be able to identify the person. If you don’t see why that is, not sure what to tell you.
