Meets/Exceeds - 1.2% bonus and pretty flat on bonus…..not worth the effort
Just met with my boss meets/meets 1.5% and a flat bonus.
Now you got it.?It’s not worth putting your full efforts still get peanuts.
just do bare minimum work this year for M/M you still get the 2% increase.

Sounds familiar. I wonder if they take into consideration current salary - if someone is extremely low for their band level or job code. So frustrating.
