If you are looking to leave and negotiate it would be wise to brush up on communication. Your post shows a serious lack of communication skills.
Forewarned is fo-e armed… good luck but do brush up on your communication skills.
If I read your post OP correct I think you are just looking to negotiate.
You can try talking to any hiring manager or recruiter and give them your number and hope they accept it.
