Did everyone get VIP recognition emails today?

1,000 points here. Curious if everyone gets the same or if it's based on years of service or...?
One of the folks I know that got it yesterday said the email states everyone is supposed to get it by the 22nd and it’s to “celebrate” the 240 anniversary. 2 people I know got it so far, one yesterday and one got it today. Hopefully everyone gets it for Pete’s sake - it’s points good Lord - think they can at least do that!
Only for non-exempt employees or for both exempt and non-exempt?
Not everyone got it. Looks like maybe he gave everyone in Ops a bonus via VIP points.
