probably a lot more layoffs to pay Zas' increases in comp:

I, for one, think he is worth every dollar (of the first 3) he is paid. I mean, look how stunningly well the company stock has done and how great employee commissions and bonus are!
Unfortunately, with the new merger probably coming up soon more layoffs are imminent.
