Does anyone have the salary band for grade J in Manchester, UK. I am on 40K and I'm presuming that must be low for the band. If so, does having a low salary in the band compared to your team members reduce the risk you will be let go or not make much difference?

yes you’re at the lower end, goes up to around 70 from memory, but in reality people get promoted before they get close to the top end of the salary bands. So 50-60 is a more realistic target. Have no idea on the other side of your comment sorry
