She is the most invisible/hands off COO I have ever experienced. Managing up and showing up every Friday in a Consider This segment are not exactly morale boosting or team inspiring things. I don’t know how she has kept her job as long as she has. Completely underwhelmed by her as are my clients.

Who is Emily?
A lot of clients really don’t like her to the point of refusing to meet with her.
Some details would be nice. That job has been the hardest to fill, the culture at P is to not accept outsiders.
