Does anyone have any info on the Wilmington DE location? We've seen it go down from 3 buildings to 2 buildings and as of 3/31/24, we will all be in just 1 building. I know they had the buildings up for sale but I don't know the status of that or what the plan is regarding the Wilmington employees.

Does not sound promising for those working in the Corporation Capital of the United States. FYI, Delaware offers a much lower state franchise tax than anywhere else in the US. It’s just that companies have learned they don’t need to maintain much staff there.
Peace to the people working there and hopefully the site lead is dedicated to the location and the people.
In the meeting about the consolidation when asked if it was sold the site lead wouldn’t confirm. I have a source that ran into some random person in the bathroom of the 301 building a couple months ago. This person asked who they were and got to talking. This person said they work for the company that bought the property and that the sale was closing 12/31/23. So pretty sure it or both buildings sold and we’re just leasing back the 103 building. It’s probably why we can’t continue to use the 301 garage after everyone moves into the 103 building. It’s funny how they can’t tell us it sold.
