Happy for those that did get 2 weeks per year. So what happened with all the conversation about ending that? Is that forthcoming or did they scrap that ?

I got 2 weeks for every year served. I get 46 weeks “sub pay” i.e. severance
2 weeks every year of work It’s capped at 1 year
