The portal storing your documents is not BNYM. This service has been outsourced to a group that is using scripts. Be sure to change your search engine to remove blockers or the documents won’t open. I spent some time getting mine to open. Store them on your own personal device.
Carryover vacation as discussed before is lost - effective 1.1.2024 in the updated vacation policy. Just another sign of how much BNYM cares about their employees.
IMPORTANT: Any balance in the Commuter benefits is lost. I wonder who gets this. If your true termination date is later this month you might want to try to get any remaining funds onto a commuter card that you may need to use for your future job search (interviews, etc). I’m not sure of all restrictions but believe it needs to be employment related. Read up on this so you’re not breaking any IRS regulations.
Follow instructions in the Key Information At A Glance document to turn off your commuter benefits or you’ll keep adding to funds you can’t use.
