Anyone know what the deal is? I got a new HSA card from them and walked through setting up an account online but my account balance is $0. Is my current HSA supposed to automatically transfer?

Luckily, I don't have to put up with Healthequity's outrageous fees.

@3nhz, if they paid me they wouldn't be fees. Do you really work for a financial company?
Mines is all spended anybody knows how does I get more?
Anybody knows do they mail it to what address?
How are they paying you fees? And four what?
Anybody knows do they keep our Heathequity here or in their wallets?
Also anybody knows do it only be for DEI employees or are old white people allowed Equity two?
Looks like my fees are going to be $10 per month. My current fee is $3.50.
They do not close $0 balance accounts. You can get someone on the phone, but you have to navigate the automated system first. I recently closed my account with Benefit Wallet but still received a card for the new account. An id--tic pain in the rear like just about everything the company implements.

Have you ever been successful communicating with HR? I haven’t. They’ve told me a number of times “all our systems are automated we can’t help you”.
@1cqh, thx!
You should have received a postal mail from BenefitWallet with all the details. In any case, the details are here.

@1pog, I haven't worked for BK for 3 years so HR didn't email me anything. I can certainly call them but it's much easier to type here.
I always suggest that you pose the question here to Internet Randos rather than read the email from HR. That way you get to pick the answer that you like best.
Mine is still in mybenefitwallet.com
