Hi, we don't seem to be receiving the Peakon survey at the moment. Not had one for several weeks. Anyone know why?

The schedule was changed from every 2 weeks to once every quarter. Next survey should be sometime in March
People still answer that thing? I feel it’s pointless. I gave honest, polite responses, constructive criticism, and got condescending answers from the director. There may be managers out there who care about the feedback, but as far as I’m concerned, they will fudge the numbers fo make everything look the way they want, just like any other set of numbers. They don’t care. The 401k match change was the final straw for me.
Because they didn’t like my answers.
MGMT doesn't want the bad feedback as often
guess management can guess what their score is currently.
Peakon surveys are now done on just a quarterly basis.
