No. Just makes you a target for layoff later and you have to come into office more. Don’t do it.
Never say no to a promotion, but don’t expect becoming a DR will lead to a bigger salary or bonus. It’s all a shell game.
How does one get director? Curious because my mgr got promoted to that and he does nothing and has yet to learn any processes since taking over 3 years ago
can't speak to the move, but you end up having to swipe more.. that in itself is a disincentive, not so much the in office, but the requirement to do so.
I heard a bunch of "L"s are going to be cut, but M's and above were not, oddly.
