Anyone’s department actually celebrate it? Or even have it acknowledged? Ours didn’t, not by anyone in our line of management.
And the only thing I saw from corporate was RV’s drivel on the intranet, you know, “thank you, but you can do better.”

Did he really say that (or words to that effect)? If so, it’s deplorable management and an even lower form of emotional intelligence. Shame on him.
