Defaults Services had there Q4 All Hands Call today. Once again, CRO recognized a person in management. This makes it 3 out of 4 quarters that someone in management was recognized, instead of a litigation specialist. It is the litigation specialist that works the litigation case. Truly at a loss for words. How much longer will it take for MVSO to realize that most of CRO management are incompetent.

What’s CRO and why are they recognizing incompetent managers? Has anyone escalated the issues about their managers to HR? I would be looking for another job if incompetence was being celebrated and ignored.
