4 Days in Office. Policy Enforcement Unfairness

Anyone catching the smell of bs? There are probably over 20 strict policies that are suppose to be enforced at BNY, but for whatever reason, the only policy I noticed that’s being strictly enforced is the RTO policy.

I hope one day someone catches up or sues the company for unfairly and unevenly distributing the enforcements of policies at BNY. You cant let John Doe get away with breaking a client related expense policy MULTIPLE times and then fire Jane Doe for not meeting RTO… sorry, but BNY definitely needs to get audited in these malpractices.

This company is no better or worst than any other globalist corporation. What do you expect when you see executives participating in Davos and promoting wokeism?

What Maya Angelou said is true, when someone tells you who they are, believe them in the first place. Save your energy, be smart and follow your agenda. They sure follow theirs.

It is a breaking of moral and ethical laws and practices. This company does not follow the law. It ‘uses’ the law. How can a place say it is based in the United States but behind the scenes, be allowed to cashier American jobs and then relist and recreate those same roles offshore? Same for the UK and Western Europe. If you have a business charter in those areas you cannot use remote offshore people to say you are maintaining a presence there with a few small representatives. And at the same time, you are also citing position elimination or personal reviews as being sub par to justify it. Are a ton of people in NYC, London, Pittsburgh or Everett all of a sudden drooling incompetents? When you in your infinite wisdom, hire someone to fill and supply a role to service a business chartered in that area you must adhere to it or be truthful in why you want to change it. BNY is of course is not a welfare society or a soup kitchen but it does have an obligation to not contribute to those establishments by unfair practices.

I think client facing roles should also have a system in place in mysource like the RTO system, showing them the amount of times they violated a strict policy. Im sure if that was to ever happen, alot of revenue generating employees would be fired, and those quarterly revenues wouldn't look as pretty.
