Does anyone have any insight on % of your raise and bonus when you get a promotion to an SVP? Raises are usually >2% so I’m wondering what they’re like at year end if you get a promotion.

Would depend on how your current base compares to the range of the grade you are moving to. If already in the range, depending on the year, it could be a “dry” promotion, that is no change in base comp.
Not enough
No way anyone can answer this for you without more info. It is entirely dependent on your job function and performance. An SVP in investment sales or a front office banking function might make 100-200% of base salary in bonus at SVP level. I know of SVP roles in front office functions with $200k base and $200-400k target bonus (so 100-200% of base). An SVP in operations or HR or other support functions might only make 5-15% of base, and that base would be a lot less. So depends a lot on what you actually do for a living.
