Got the dreaded partially meets and am fully expecting to be part of a RIF within Q1 of ‘25, any idea as to when?

Jan is the first, then March. So many people got group 5. While it is laying the groundwork for layoffs, it SEEMS like too many to get rid of all at once. The move to the platform is the additional big layoff.
I'm in Asset Servicing, and we've had layoffs the second or third week of January every year.
