Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Sneaky boa HR and Corp Security went back months looking for reasons to fire them.

Tenured aka well paid people eliminated who would have had a good severance but sneaky boa found a way outta that. HR went back months looking for reasons to fire them.

When mangers are short staffed they will call HR and place you on the internal do not re-hire list.

They will also do this to people who they feel cannot be lost to other departments. I have seen them fake low performance to keep people. scum bag.

If you want to play military, this place is for you. Those who use online banking are also at fault. Stop using self-checkout, use real people (branches, grocery etc)!!!

All the babes thinking faster easier “at a cost”! (headcount reduction).

The irony of this place is if you are honest and tell the truth you will be accused of having a big mouth. They will force you out of the bank in some manner.

I have seen many good people forced out because they were extremely honest with people in a good way.

I do not agree with the manger game of lightly hinting about a task that needs to be done. The hints are so subtle no one would be able to pick up on it. The hints are no different than moving your lips with no sound. This way they can say they gave instruction to the employee. HR is so dumb they do not question the employee. HR sits back and let the mangers do whatever they wish until that lawsuit shows up. I must also apologize to HR because we do not hire very intelligent ones. The intelligent ones move out of HR within a year.

Most managers do not want to train. One manager openly told people he was not going to train employees because he was not good at it. I could not believe other managers did not turn this guy in. The manager said as long as I can do my job it does not matter to his superior. Managers sit back not being held accountable. The Managers lie to save there jobs and blames employees. We loose good entry talent. We keep the worst managers because HR accepts the game.

They fumigate the buildings. They do not post warnings!. Everyone eventually has illness a few days after if not the same day. They say it is safe but every insecticide posts warnings on the label. HR ignores the timing between sickness and insecticide sprayings. Sure it is a figment of everyone’s imagination. I guess the mayor and regulatory agencies are being paid off (back pocket lobbying from the banks). They need to post warnings after pesticide application in buildings.

HR does not count how many hours you work over 40hrs but when you are out sick they attempt to make you look like you do not want to work. The true story is, if we did not work so many hours we would be healthy and would not be sick. Play your games HR. We will all remember your names. Move out of state when you are kicked out because we will prevent your next job also.

Each department designates or provides a space for some type of Human resources contact and is also assigned departmental duties. These (low life) people monitor the main corporate HR website. When a complaint is filed with corporate HR the internal departmental HR broadcasts the details of the incidence to departmental heads before Corporate HR reacts. The department goes into damage control by covering shit up quickly. This does not stop the games, it changes the games with different faces (sometimes re-organization structuring). HR can then blame you for not providing justification for the complaint. The internal HR also supplies managers with confidential information (some unsubstantiated rumors) and the rumors spread.

HR always breaks confidentiality agreements (good ears and a cell phone recorder).

Sometimes they merely move someone close to a cube to find dirt on people (code violations). This is not a big deal because we have cubes for travelers. Sometimes the story is a lie and sometimes they really are waiting for space to open for placement. They can take a piece of shit and make it smell legal to Corporate HR. Sometimes Corporate HR is helping the Managers. It all depends on how old you are and how much money you make. Save a buck to get you out the door.

I wanted to comment regarding the comment I read below.

That manager is still employed here who let the mouse go in the department.

He told select people he was purchasing live mouse box traps before the incident.

Guess we are not house cleaning dirt bag managers.

We have relaxed corporate rules and department rules for six months to a year. We tighten the rules without notice and start eliminating headcount without second chances or discussion (interpretation of the rules). HR thinks the shit does not stink. Well I have never known HR headcount to last forever either. Hope Y’-all will be working for contracting agencies soon, We too laugh at you. What goes around comes around.

I took Bank of America scientology classes.

I did not care for the Kool-Aid.

The organization is a multi-faceted transnational that has many components such as

political aspirations, business ventures, cultural productions, pseudo-psychiatric claims along with the employee development programs called forced labor and re-indoctrination program. Click your heals three times.

Stockholders should come first over CEO and Executive salaries. As we out source head count more CEO and Executive salaries should also lower based on cost of living, Market conditions (same restriction excuses Management passes down to employees at raise time). Hey JEB Bush it starts with reduction in salaries for high paid CEO's & Executives and to put the money back into the business. Grow the business with American jobs.

Bank of Americas executives want big bonuses and large pay raises and use this company for their own gain. The executives zero in on expanding short-term markets. We purposely over extend headcount to meet short-term demand (maximize profits). We cheer leader the stockholders. Executives, CEO make large bonuses. Executives brush responsibility and blame poor market growth conditions. We reduce headcount. By the time you realize you were played for a fool (family bank, upholding values crap) you are on the street. Profits were maximized and CEO and executive made their personal money. Do not let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

Not sure if anyone has figured it out but it has been spelled out for you.

The next time someone asks in an interview if you have fortune 500 experiences you can spit in their face or beat the living hell out of them.

Let us talk ethics and responsibility?

HR has a big mouth and will leak any type of confidential information or pass rumors on to department management. Law suites will happen sooner or later. If you hear of rumors tape record the information and track down the name in Hr who released confidential information. Does not matter if it is a big deal or not we are talking about confidential information. Start building your lawsuit. We can play this game back in their faces.

This type of profiling was performed in the 60s when long hair, Tattoos, was attributed to drugs abuse and temperament against authority (we did not hire these people!!!!). Now we see many millionaires and bank personnel with both. We use Internet email background checks in helps to negatively profile and stereotype (with perverted justification) on our employee’s social life. This is “stalking” and it should be addressed with lawsuits. This type of background check should be illegal for companies to perform. Let us release this information of public officials (why not?). Hey Brian what is your email address outside of work and lets cross reference it with your kids and see what they are doing also ass hole. Brian we know you lied, cheated and set people up for failure to gain your position, it is all over the bank floors (You did not shut up all the historical employee librarians of age).

Beware! We are running social network background checks. That is right, supply personal email address to monitor your social website communications. I do not know about you but, I am being hired to perform a job not inviting this place into my personal social life outside work. More control added to help us manage your social life (Slavery). This place is managing very similar to the Coal companies in West Virginia. Next we will tell you what stores you can shop at. We will fake poor job performance if we see something we do not like on the internet. If we could pay using our own monetary valued token instead of US currency we would do it. Is this the definition of a family?

No, different departments may overlap different duties hiding the fact they are looking for legal liability information used against them in court. The outcome as you have explained is the same (Revenge by Bank of America). This is why you stay clear of websites asking for email address (account) information (The bank will stalk you). It also keeps CEO empowered by using fear tactics against people.

By word of mouth the CEO endorsed some websites on the Internet for supplying reviews about the bank. Bank of America corporate security will monitor these sites for negative reviews and then will requests the IP addresses from the Internet sponsor in an attempt to continue searching for the persons home address (Stalking behaviors are related to harassment and intimidation). They will attempt to fire the employee (prove it you ask?). This bank will do anything to shut people up and they would hang people from a tree (mysteries accidents) if they can get away with it. Corporate Security is the worst violators being some are ex-law enforcement nuts skilled at setting people up.

If you happen to be lucky and gain internal transfer they will continue to pester you and use implied threat techniques to force you to say you are transferring to help better yourself. If you say it is because of the manger they will either attempt to turn you into the bad person or eliminate you after the transfer. They want to hear a story of sunshine so you must lie to keep the transfer. If they wanted the truth, the process of intimidation and logging your words into the records would not exist. Simply they are not managing the managers to improve the business with a happy business profile to increase profits (CEO endorced, based on negative actions of management).

I find it funny how the rookie kids hide behind beards (car salesman). The idiots have goatees (billy goats). Shows a lack of confidence and also shows how they are fresh out of college not knowing much but we put them into management roles creating liability (some have never grown up). Great HR we have. Be presentable and shave that shit off insecure little boy.

The manager felt intellectually threatened by the employee when she walked into the department. Happens in all work places. Manager holds a grudge and resents the employee. Manager eliminates employee with dirty pool tactics and HR lets it happen. The place inherits a terrible manager and the employee moves on to a better place.

I condone the actions of these types of managers.

We had a short little female manager last year bragging she received the ok from internal lawyers to fire one of her employees. This was three weeks before Christmas.

She was giddy like a little schoolgirl glad she could eliminate an employee before Christmas. Hope god strikes you down or better if the same is done to you. She keeps her job because she was a very loose blond with the art of being a flexible flirty and then some.

I know of the dirt bag you describe. He fails his job many times but somehow is allowed to bring in outside consulting tech companies to give him answers so he can repeat the information. Sometimes he is allowed to hire people for short time costing great amounts of money and turn around to steal the credit. I thought we hired people who could perform the job not out source problems then reap the credit. The guy is not smart. He has been here forever lurking in the shadows. I think he was on stage in a town hall gathering where he did not answer any of the questions. He looked like the idiot he is.

The big cover up by family relatives promoted above their capabilities.

There are still people who are related to executives being given free passes for years at BAC. One male in particular works around in the IT department in charge of data storage for the SAP project rollout. Interesting how rules do not apply if you have an executive as a relative.

I have a comment from some areas I have read. We are hiring managers who demand obedience and do not want anyone second-guessing their management decisions.

This promotes Brian’s slavery mentality in this bank. Employees are dumb for providing new ideas or thinking outside the box with this type of management style. This is why we like India so much. Bank of America enjoys being the dictator and India grew up with this nonsense. Brian must be learning more management skills from the India dictator. If you are talented and motivated you do not want to work for this place. Learn the words Yes, Master, Yes Em with a smile.

I have a derivative subhuman type manager as some discussed. The nut was far from elegant in anything DA DA DA. The person was not a team player (everyone for themselves type).

The brilliant caveman decided to wordsmith a new meaning for team player (caveman team player). Yes a real nut and the department seems to back the wordsmith game until they do not need him (eyes roll when you mention the subhuman). The secretary said we have rules where we can let the managers do anything they wish (wordsmith generic open ended rules). “Yes” and the Nazi party also declared they were good at the art of wordsmithery. This shows everyone retains their own detailed understanding of the employee handbook but the bank will not supply the detailed version to the employees. Do you really want to keep working with the nuts.

Charlotte NC Dixon Hughes Goodman LLC (DHGLLP) wined and dined bank of America at Christmas time in hopes to gain more business from them. Is this called smart business or is it called a bribe? Almost all the executives from bank of America showed up to this Pre Christmas party. Did any other company have preferred treatment from bank of America at Christmas time or is this it? Bank of America has been hiring more from this company. The ordeal was very secretive and very unlike bank of America favoring one agency over another or not? HR and corporate security must have endorsed this?

In true HR fashion they do not want you working for the competitor. They not only need to find a way to eliminate you for something trivial at the least but using words to make it sound like it was a big deal violation. You are also correct about propaganda town hall meetings where they display someone on the stage telling how they had great success posting internally. This is not true and we can run a statistics of how many people have posted verse how many have been eliminated (of course you cannot count the movements that may infringe on job discrimination0 disability and discrimination movements we have completed successfully.
