I would bet they have already shared everyone’s report card before any interview. The slanderous report card is from your manager who wanted to get even with you. Are you on the “we like you list” or the managers “I do not like you list”. Did you go out to lunch with everyone or did you ignore everyone to get your job done. It is all BS when it comes to this banks list and notes (It is all slander- oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another which untruth will harm the reputation of the person).

While outsourcing can be a quick fix to lower costs, in the long run it can backfire - sometimes badly.
Communication problems, poor customer service, slow delivery times, and quality control are just some of the pitfalls.They will reap what thy sow.
It's all over. I'm one of them. It's the real estate folks. Facilities managers, project teams, etc have been outsourced and will have to interview for positions in those companies
