Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

A guy in my store was fired because a girl from a different department reported a rumor to store leadership that he raped someone.

Not saying that he couldn't have done it, but there are two sides to every story. I can't believe all it takes now is a rumor to get someone fired; what happened to guilty before proven innocent? If there was proof, then they should have reported it to the proper authorities.

At my store a front end teamleader was making out with a cashier at a gathering they went to.She is telling everyone. That's why you don't mix business with pleasure. No one in leadership knows yet. Can't wait for the bomb to explode.

At my store several people have complained about specific people and those people are the ones getting praise. It's clear that the Stl doesn't know what's going on or he likes feeling dominated in his gimp suit.

It's a popularity contest! No ethics or integrity with these types of decisions hence why unions are needed!!!!!!!!!!! Not to prevent layoffs but to deal with this type of harassment that is so prevelant in EVERY store across the region AND country!!!! Let's pull back the curtains and let people know NOT to shop there.

Someone at my store got fired because a group of 2 or 3 tms didn't like the person for whatever reason, got together and told store leadership that this person was selling drugs.
