March 15th Layoff - Now March 8th

Tuesday, March 8 is the next round of large layoffs, affecting GT&O. This will most likely replace the one on the 15th, but as of yet unconfirmed. Addison and Plano will be hit hard.

Exactly, giving 100% is definitely not enough! It's not about competence, it's the law of the jungle, bully or get bullied ... Innovation or expertise are not welcome. Hang in there ...

Giving 100% is not enough. Many associates lack the talent to do the job. No one is safe and I am so tired of nothing ever being enough. Not going anywhere until I get my package.

I personally wish that the company would allow associates to volunteer for the lay-off. Offer the same severance package and maybe a little $$ for those who volunteer. I am sick of BS, watching great associates get the shaft and dead weight managers and associates are allowed to continue being non- productive bookends.

I know some wonderful people in Plano, but the management is nothing but idiots! When I go there on business I keep wondering how they got their jobs.
