I would gladly take the hit...have even asked my manager to send me instead of co workers that want to stay...but NO...bofa would rather keep angry disgruntled employees that aren't doing the bank any good...makes no sense at all but neither does anything else these morons do...
My team lost 2 today in Greensboro. The 2 that worked hard and stayed out of trouble. 1 actually planned an entire celebration for the manager's 20tg anniversary 2 weeks ago. Now she gets the boot!
Risk group, we lost 3 out 7 in our team. 1 in Charlotte, 2 Boston. 2 wereMywork the other was sitting next to me in Corp Center, but my manager has 3 postings. It doesn't make any sense.
