Clearly being an idiot is not part of stack ranking to push you into the red zone for the next round of layoffs. Seems actually like being an idiot elevates your stack ranking.
There a lot of senior idiots at the Bank. Marketing is filled with them, starting at the top. They should target Evp level to cut to really save money.
