Any update from the London stores? Did they really get rid of all the Team Leaders?

You began your reply by stating that the region is not profitable and then criticized WFM for laying people off as a result. Are you saying that 'real business plan' involves running at a loss? Some may argue that a company must earn a profit to be sustainable in the long term, and by some I mean anyone with a basic knowledge of how a business is run.
I agree 100% that WFM is making poor decisions left and right and I too have begun looking elsewhere for a job, but if you'd like anyone to take your comments seriously just take a moment to think about what you're saying and come up with a reasonable, well thought out argument.
There are 2 stores in the UK region that have had their Team Leaders laid off: Cheltenham and Giffnock. Last I heard, Cheltenham didn't even have an STL. There are only 2 stores in the UK that are at all profitable, Piccadilly and Kensington. This is likely to happen also in other stores, probably Richmond or Fulham next, although that is purely speculation on my part at this point as I don't have any concrete information in that regard. Also, in 2014 they made nearly all of the regional office positions redundant (layed off) and sent all the Americans home.
