So I am not alone in thinking "train wreck" because that is exactly what it is. Step into the model. What a joke. I have not met one person that has it figured out, there are so many gaps it is unbelievable... All that so called "training" made it seem like things were all figured out. Yeah, ok... and our entire PFP is practically all based on adopting this "model". Most of us are just continuing to do what we have always done, or we would all just sit here and stagnate.
Funny, I just came online wondering if there was a place to just b--ch about the unbelievable train wreck that is GT&O Shared Services....
