Can we please get someone else with a proven track record. Our current store leader has no idea how to improv a store with declining sales/customer count. Our new ASTL is great and is a coach/mentor. That's exactly what the store needs. The other two don't have the first clue in retail. It's easy to look good in a store with potential but in a store on the decline their weakness is defiantly exposed and it's putting the store in a worse place than it has ever been. Please replace the store leader and our Walmart ASTL with some leaders with proven track records. These leaders are incapable of positive impact

As a former whole foods quarry employee, I defiantly Agree with this post. It's 100% accurate glad I got out and my new company lets its employees run their department without micromanaging. It's time to leave whole foods before it gets worse(not sure how much worse it can get). I'm not sure what goes on in the store leaders mind but I've never met a store leader that was hated by the entire store until now. Crazy to say the least
I think it's pretty obvious regional is waiting for a law suit to come out of quarry before they even think about going into the store. Rumor has it there's a lawyer presently building a case in regards to work place bullying. We'll see what comes of this.
The store leader at quarry has had a really negative effect on the atmosphere there. The team members tell me stories all the time, mind you I'm a regular who shops there. This became a topic of discussion one afternoon after church. A lot of us agreed that morale at the store is at an all time low and team members look beat to death. I pray they find that store a true leader before they let my favorite team members go. Some team members and ex-team members have told me about the abusive and bullying environment that store leadership has conducted. I'll pray for all of you that work so hard each and every day

Must be striking a nerve with that store leadership cause the post are being deleted. Love the open forum probably just can't mentions names but regional and they know who we are referring to. Good job
