Sop's are created operate more efficiently in the work place. Allowing you to make the most of your labor. They should've rolled these out prior to the cuts. The company did it a-- backwards

Nobody truly knows what it really is..just that it's coming and there will be zero tolerance for not following it. It stands for "standard operating procedures" and is being portayed as a way to accountability easier.
I've heard about SOP, can you describe more about the program?
