What about the assoc. that are on warning ,they should be let go first?? There is a reason why they are on warning. (Mtg dep) Even complaints about Mangers on how they run the dept.
It's not how good you are! It's how much the manager likes you ...I've been struggling for a long time to figure out how it translates into business productivity and profits and have concluded that it doesn't. As employees it's just about survival. It's sad that no one actually looks out for the business and in doing so looks out for the best employees that are actually good for the business.
I understand business is business... but when you have see people with great work ethics go but the boss's favorite stays whom is no where near qualified... makes u question how are they deciding? And makes the bank look bad n evil
they sleep at night the same as you and me with worries on their minds. no one enjoys letting people go. it comes from much above your immediate manager typically.
yes it's horrible. i always wonder why the F they do it in the morning vs asking someone to stay for a 5pm meeting while others leave. horrible!!
