More pay? Haaaahaaaaahaaaaa....ahhhhhhaaaaaahaaaa (sardonic laughter). More pay for more work and responsibility would be ethical, fair, and sensible. WFM is none of those things any longer.

Lets face it, how can anyone honestly hold each other accountable with a clear conscious at this point. There is so much dishonesty and lack of trust its pathetic.
So MORE work and MORE responsibility with a new title and same pay? Yeah that makes perfectly good sense. We don't need the media, we need a lawyer.
No raise would be a slap in the face and an insult to every TL. It would be a shame if the media caught wind of all of these unfair things being done.
Hate to say this, but most stores in the future will only have a few TLs anyway. Look at what they're doing with the combined teams. That will eventually go across the whole company. If you're a TL you should either look for employment elsewhere or make sure you have experience in at least two different departments before the changes happen.
I am not a TL anymore but there is no argument that they are drawing the shortest stick in all of this. The striong ones will leave and the weak ones will stay and take what they can get. This will all lead to strengthening the competition and weakening our brand. It is just sickening to watch poor decisions continuously being made by out of touch individuals.
We appear to be moving to a traditional model, eventually a very few will make good money and everyone else will be pt right at or above entry pay, but that will take a few years.
They would have to restructure other tm's pay as well. TLs aren't the only people getting more responsibilities. We all are screwed.
