A lot of stuff on this site but what to believe? I'm wanting to make a solid resolution come 2017-to stay or go. I'm ok with a gut feel but not with stupid bs. And for those that left, congrats, but I'm still here. Can we make a solid list of truths/changes on the horizon?

Anyone who isn't already at least putting resumes out and putting feelers out there deserves to be let go and screwed over. The writing's been on the wall folks. Be proactive, not reactive.
The only real truth here is that in feb when earnings are posted things will get worse. That's assuming financials will be disappointing. And they will, I don't think anyone, even the top officers, are under any illusions about this. It's about mitigating losses at this point... and that means lower labor.
