HAHAHAHAHA. Ever since my store went to "One store, one team" vomit gainsharing, I've gotten nothing. And it's been months. Say goodbye to your gainsharing bonus. You just took a pay cut.
There is stores that still have gainsharing? My store hasn't had that in months!
I haven't seen gainsharing like that in years! My last one was for $2.43
Last surplus for me was five bucks.

There is no cap like that.
