Investment Interest Out There

Because of my position and tenure, I have been getting many requests through third party consultants to speak with their clients on the investment side about the goings on at WFM. Specifically asking info about the ability of the company to get out of leases, what caused the the current situation and what a resolution to the current situation might be. This is all in the last few weeks so it sounds like there might be a serious run brewing on the company. Of course the trolls will say no- they seem to be more active of late since the "Union" comments have picked up. Years ago when Leadership was actually trusted they would have been able to ask TM's directly- now there is no trust or loyalty anymore!!

Coke already sells all natural soda. They even have one that uses stevia. This is the problem WFM can't admit they are getting beat at there own game. We try to copy truck to shelf without 7 day a week deliveries or Automated ordering. That's why there are no grocery buyers which is a big reason for empty shelves. Keep the shelves full with no back stock and 5 deliveries a week. Walmart has better floor presence then WFM.

Why the hell would we move to sell Coca Cola? I can guarantee you the amount of regulars who would be up in arms would outweighs the joe Schmoes who saunter in looking for a conceptual soda. Gtfo.

I heard that the company wanted to get outta some future leases and current wfm sites to reopen the lower cost 365 stores but many of the landlords dont think the 365 will be the draw that a wholefoods brings to a shopping plaza..these guys plain and simple dont want to compete or change their business model to include more conventional items..i get asked everyday at my store if we sell coca cola and every other day about regular laundry detergent..i dont know if the pseudo-conscious das kapital is working..theybare pawns to wall street at the end of the day..rahodeb sold her soul
