Why would you even want to access this site from a heavily monitored device that is assigned to you for work purposes only? Don't you think this is rather careless? It seems like you're purposely asking for problems.
And to -hfz, this has nothing to do with being in a free country and the bank keeping their layoff's secret. This device is owned by the bank and they have the right to manage their devices anyway they see fit.
Sorry, I am not happy with the bank on so many levels but you're way off on this topic.
