It is the beginning of internal bank apps with a lot of info and error messages containing odd grammar and stilted English. Anyone else been seeing more of these? Will they soon show up on external sites?
In Cathy's Organization its all about who is friends with who... appears to not really matter about anything else... If you are a good brown noser then usually you are safe unless you work for a manager that Senior management has decided to layoff. Open your eyes and look around and see the actual actions performed rather than the BS they are trying to sell.
Once you are scheduled for layoff they dont want you back,... they say they do but I challenge anyone recently that has been impacted by a layoff if they came back... in years past some did return but I not aware of anyone who returned after the fact.
All in all they should remove Cathy and many of her - YES MEN - as she is the leader of the circus they call IT.
If they can't fill some of the "open" positions with existing staff that are set for lay-off's, then either the existing staff are totally incompetent or the "open" positions are being reserved for "new" blood so - to speak which is really just a way of getting cheaper Indians into previously high paying positions. So "transform" means to eliminate the "supposedly unnecessary" high paying positions in favor of cheaper, newer, younger skills. Gone are the days when one could expect to have a career where one's advancement is at least acknowledged and appreciated. Is this the beginning of a kind of stagnation?
